Lucy Schwabe is a certified acupuncturist, Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher with a commitment to holistic healing. She has completed four years training at The New Zealand School of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine followed by postgraduate studies at a Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, in Beijing, China and at The University of Massachusetts Centre for Mindfulness in USA.

Lucy has ten years clinical experience successfully incorporating Traditional Chinese Medicine with Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction techniques in her work with individuals and groups.
