Michelle has been working with the body and enjoying its various forms and expressions for many years. Originally trained as a dancer, her current path follows the healing body, exploring the potential for greater peace and ease in body and mind.

Michelle works with a diverse clientele ranging from people in excellent health to those experiencing discomfort of one sort or another. She has a special interest and experience in supporting people living with stress, anxiety, depression, mental health issues and trauma.
